Create a virtual atlas of different Google map 3rd party applications. Rate them on difficulty of use, database integration, ingenuity. How can the atlas be kept current?

API stands for Application Programming Interface. It's a way of using tools that a website has for your own work. Google Maps is the most widespread but the Google Maps API is one of many. What other APIs exist and what do they do?

The geographic question is how central is UNO, and how central was it through time - both in terms of the geographic center and the population center. How about income center?
